As a R&D Project Manager you will manage the development of new technical solutions to support our group final products. 

The Project Manager will primarily work with group business units and collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, operations and upper management to refine the customer requirements, budgets and prioritization of projects. 


  • Develop project plans and drive projects from ideation to delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of cross-functional projects, including scope, cost, time, dependencies, risk and benefits.
  • Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.
  • Make decisions and adjustments to project direction, schedule, and resource allocation based upon data and facts obtained from the organization.
  • Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.
  • Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by facilitating open discussion for decision-making.

  • Minimum of 4 years related consumer electronic product R&D experience in project management and demonstration of successful delivery
  • BA or MS Degree in a Science or Engineering field

 Preferred experience & qualification:

  • Experience with portable consumer electronics devices and familiarity with acoustics software design and digital processing
  • Knowledge of product development processes as well as understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Project Manager (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Knowledge about scrum development methodology, especially experience of PO, is considered as a plus
  • Multinational development experiences also a plus.
  • Mandarin fluency is a bonus.
